Role Overview
Livbnb is seeking a self-driven Senior Odoo Developer to lead architecture, development, and delivery of an Odoo 19 Enterprise platform.
The platform supports owner onboarding, guest bookings, check-in and check-out, maintenance, and financial operations.
The role covers full-stack development and technical and strategic engineering decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead custom Odoo module development across the property and guest lifecycle.
- Translate cross-departmental requirements into scalable Odoo architecture and optimized ORM data models.
- Write Python for models, workflows, controllers, and integrations.
- Build Form, List, Kanban, QWeb, and portal interfaces within Odoo.
- Design idempotent integrations for channel managers, WhatsApp Business API, and payment gateways.
- Drive performance tuning, security controls, CI/CD testing, Git workflows, and Docker deployments.
- Lead code reviews, document architecture, mentor developers, and collaborate across business teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of software development experience and 3 or more years of Odoo experience are required.
