You will work with monitoring, logging, and tracing tools to build dashboards, alerts, and analytics that support performance optimization and incident detection.

Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with architects, platform and application teams, defining observability standards and best practices, and integrating tools into CI/CD pipelines.

You may also be involved in client-facing activities, such as requirements gathering, solution design workshops, and presenting recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with observability platforms and tools (for example, metrics, logs, and traces systems such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, Splunk, Dynatrace, New Relic, or similar).
  • Solid background in infrastructure and platforms (such as Linux/Windows servers, containers, Kubernetes, cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and networking fundamentals).
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming (for example, Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar) to automate configuration, data collection, and integration tasks.
  • Experience integrating observability into DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
  • Skills in performance analysis and troubleshooting, with the ability to interpret telemetry data, optimize system behavior, and support incident response.
  • Ability to design dashboards, alerts, and reports that are clear, actionable, and tailored to different audiences, including technical teams and business stakeholders.
