Responsibilities
- Design, implement, manage, and support enterprise network security solutions
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewall solutions, preferably Fortinet technologies
- Manage and maintain Web Application Firewalls (WAF) to protect web applications
- Administer endpoint security solutions, including antivirus and EDR systems
- Configure and support email security gateways such as FortiMail
- Implement and maintain Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions
- Deploy and manage Network Access Control (NAC) solutions across the organization
- Monitor and administer centralized authentication systems, including TACACS+ and RADIUS
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to security events using IDS/IPS technologies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and risk analysis activities
- Investigate and troubleshoot network and security incidents
- Support cloud security operations, including VPN gateways, virtual network peering, and cloud firewall configurations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in network security, cybersecurity, or technical support environments
- Strong expertise in firewall administration and troubleshooting
- Hands on experience with Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
- Experience with antivirus, endpoint protection, and EDR solutions
- Knowledge of email security gateways and secure email solutions
- Experience implementing Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
- Experience deploying and managing Network Access Control (NAC) solutions
- Strong knowledge of TACACS+, RADIUS, IDS, and IPS technologies
- Experience with vulnerability assessments, security audits, and compliance reporting
- Good understanding of cloud security and cloud networking technologies
- Ability to create and maintain technical documentation and network diagrams
