The role is with Santa Monica Beauty Salon, a luxury hair and beauty salon based in Dubai.
The salon is seeking an experienced technician to deliver an exceptional client experience in a high-end environment.
About the Role
The Senior Nail Technician will provide professional nail services, nail art, extensions, client consultations, and selected additional beauty services.
Quality, creativity, and client satisfaction are central priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional manicure and pedicure services to a luxury standard.
- Apply acrylic, gel, hard gel, and PolyGel nail extension systems.
- Create custom nail art and designs tailored to each client.
- Assess nail and skin condition and recommend treatments and aftercare.
- Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Consult with clients and upsell retail products and nail services.
- Provide waxing, eyebrow, eyelash, and basic massage services as needed.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional salon experience as a Nail Technician.
- Expert-level skills in acrylic, gel, hard gel, PolyGel, manicure, pedicure, and nail art.
- Additional beauty service experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury salon environment.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
