The ideal Senior Multimedia Designer candidate is passionate about visual storytelling and capable of transforming ideas into engaging multimedia content across digital and social platforms.
This role combines graphic design, motion, and visual content creation to support campaigns, brands, and creative concepts that make an impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce visually compelling multimedia content for digital, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns in line with brand guidelines and creative direction. Web is a plus.
- Execute creative concepts from ideation through final production, ensuring designs effectively communicate campaign messages and objectives.
- Create high-quality static and motion graphics including social media content, digital advertisements, infographics, animations, and promotional materials.
- Edit and produce video content for social media, campaigns, events, and branded storytelling, including cutting footage, sound editing, transitions, subtitles, and basic color correction.
- Develop motion graphics and animated content to enhance storytelling and audience engagement across digital platforms.
- Prepare storyboards, mood boards, and visual references to support creative concepts and campaign development.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team (Content Creators, Copywriters, Account Managers, and Social Media) to ensure creative alignment and successful project delivery.
- Interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into visually impactful and platform-relevant designs while maintaining consistency with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple formats and platforms while ensuring visual consistency and optimization for each channel.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas, design approaches, and multimedia solutions to support client campaigns and agency initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high creative and production standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, production houses, photographers, or freelancers when required to support project execution.
- Ensure all multimedia deliverables are reviewed, quality-checked, and aligned with creative standards before final submission or publishing.
- Maintain and organize design files, multimedia assets, templates, and project archives to ensure accessibility and workflow efficiency.
- Stay informed on emerging design trends, animation techniques, platform updates, AI-assisted creative tools, and industry best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
- Contribute to enhancing internal creative processes and workflows to improve efficiency, collaboration, and overall quality of work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Graphic design, Fine arts, Visual Communication or any relevant field
- 6+ years of experience in multimedia design, preferably within a creative, digital, or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion design, and multimedia work.
- Knowledge and experience using AI-powered creative and productivity tools to support ideation, design, content production, editing, and workflow efficiency.
- Understanding of social media content formats and digital platform requirements.
