Job Overview

  • LTE Group have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing and External Relations Department as a Senior Multi Media Executive on a permanent, full time (37 hours per week) basis.
  • Based out of our Openshaw campus in Manchester.
  • This role is hybrid working up to two days per week in the office.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support brand and performance marketing activity by designing, delivering and managing engaging content
  • Execute impactful campaigns, events and plans
  • Create and manage compelling internal communications
  • Work closely with senior marketing managers to develop creative initiatives
  • Lead on delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and traditional channels
  • Support the planning and delivery of internal events

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, preferably in a marketing or related subject
  • Track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with digital marketing tactics such as PPC and other paid media and social media
  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as CMS platforms, email marketing software, and social media management tools
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive, can do attitude
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with a good understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Strong planning skills, used to working to tight deadlines
  • Good organisational skills
  • The ability and attitude to embrace technology
  • The ability to analyse data to provide actionable insights
