About the Role

- Demonstrate leadership in executing medically driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Provide medical insights to shape brand tactical plans and strategies in specific therapeutic areas.
- Deliver presentations on therapeutic updates, guidelines, and disease management while leading scientific discussions.
- Conduct scientific training for the Field Force and provide regular updates through various forums.
- Identify and recommend innovative e programs and platforms to enhance departmental functions.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in therapeutic areas by reviewing current literature and local data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, medicine/MD/ or equivalence
- At least 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in Obesity & Cardiorenal Metabolic Therapeutic Area is preferred
- Previous MSL/medical experience in prelaunch activities and external expert engagements is a must
- Must be based in Abu Dhabi with an ability to travel 50% of the time
- Business fluent in English

The Opportunity
- This role focuses on driving scientific engagement and collaboration with External Experts to support strategic medical initiatives.

- Reports to Medical Manager and is based in Abu Dhabi.
