- Administer, monitor, and maintain MS SQL Server databases
- Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and disaster recovery
- Manage database security, backup, and recovery strategies
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues
- Implement and support HA/DR solutions (Always On, clustering, replication)
- Optimize queries, indexes, and overall database performance
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
- Support database migrations, upgrades, and capacity planning
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as an MS SQL Server DBA
- Strong expertise in SQL Server (2012/2016/2019 or later)
- Deep knowledge of performance tuning and optimization
- Hands on experience with HA/DR solutions (Always On, clustering, log shipping)
- Strong understanding of T SQL, indexing, and query optimization
- Experience with database security and compliance standards
- Proficiency in backup/recovery strategies and troubleshooting
- Experience working in enterprise or large scale environments

- SAR 13,000 17,000 per hour
