Responsibilities
- Create compelling motion graphics and animations for campaigns, brand, and product experiences
- Translate ideas, scripts, and designs into clear, engaging motion narratives
- Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and strategists to bring ideas to life
- Contribute to and evolve motion systems within brand guidelines
- Own motion deliverables from concept to execution
- Stay updated with motion trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve output quality
Requirements
- 4 8 years of experience in motion design across brand, digital, or product work
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and storytelling across formats
- Strong foundation in design, typography, layout, composition, and visual systems
- Proficiency in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D/Blender, or similar
- Ability to translate concepts, scripts, or static designs into engaging motion
- Experience collaborating with designers, writers, and cross functional teams
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of creative workflow
- Strong attention to detail with good sense of timing, pacing, and transitions
