About the Role
YoBridge is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Consultant to manage mortgage applications, build relationships with real estate partners, and advise clients on UAE mortgage products.

Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering a seamless client experience
- Build and develop relationships with real estate agencies, developers, introducers and referral partners across the UAE
- Generate new business through networking, referrals and proactive business development
- Advise clients on mortgage products, lending criteria and financing options across a wide range of UAE lenders
- Guide clients through every stage of the mortgage process with professionalism, transparency and expert advice
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities while consistently achieving revenue and performance targets
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to support the continued growth and success of YoBridge
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Consultant within the UAE
- Strong understanding of the UAE property and mortgage market
- Demonstrable track record of generating revenue and achieving sales targets
- Established network of estate agents, developers, brokers or professional introducers
- Commercially minded with excellent business development skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building abilities
- Knowledge of CBUAE regulations, Al Etihad Credit Bureau and Dubai Land Department processes
- Self motivated, ambitious and comfortable working in a high performance environment
