About the Role
Neon Mortgage Consultant L.L.C is hiring a Senior Mortgage Advisor in Dubai to guide clients through the mortgage journey, from assessing profiles to managing bank submissions.

Responsibilities
- Guide clients through the complete mortgage journey: assessing profiles and financial goals
- Recommend tailored products from local and international lenders
- Prepare and review documentation, manage bank submissions, and follow up with stakeholders through to disbursal
- Conduct client meetings, real estate huddles, and structured financial guidance
- Stay current on market trends and lender policies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and meet regulatory requirements
- Drive referrals through relationship management
Requirements
- 3+ years UAE mortgage/home finance sales experience (bank or brokerage)
- Track record of consistent disbursals
- Strong bank relationships and end to end case knowledge from AIP to title deed
- Ability to advise across a full product range and promote services effectively
- Excellent communication skills and trust based client relationships
- Able to manage multiple cases in a team oriented, client focused environment

About Us
- Neon Mortgage Consultant L.L.C provides end to end mortgage advisory for first time buyers, seasoned investors, non residents, and refinancing clients.
The Role
- Guide clients through the complete mortgage journey: assessing profiles and financial goals, recommending tailored products from local and international lenders, preparing and reviewing documentation, managing bank submissions, and following up with all stakeholders through to disbursal.
- Day to day includes client meetings, real estate huddles, structured financial guidance, staying current on market trends and lender policies, maintaining accurate CRM records, meeting regulatory requirements, and driving referrals through relationship management.
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years UAE mortgage/home finance sales experience (bank or brokerage)
