My Mortgage seeks a Senior Mortgage Advisor in Dubai to act as key intermediary between property buyers, consultants, and UAE banks. The role involves client advisory, pipeline management, and bank relationships, backed by internal lead generation.

Responsibilities
- Assess client financial profiles (income, liabilities, credit scores) and match them with optimal UAE mortgage products
- Guide buyers from initial inquiry and bank pre approval through to property valuation and final loan disbursement
- Maintain strong, direct networks with mortgage underwriters and relationship managers across major local and international banks
- Seamlessly absorb and convert fresh buyer referrals passed directly from the team of Senior Property Consultants
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Broker, or Home Loan Officer in the UAE
- Active, pre existing working relationships with UAE bank underwriters
- Deep understanding of UAE Central Bank mortgage regulations and loan criteria
- Must have a valid UAE driving license and a personal vehicle
- Entrepreneurial, self motivated mindset with a proven track record in commission only sales
- Professional fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a strong plus)

Job Purpose
- Act as the key intermediary between property buyers, property consultants, and major UAE banks.
- Backed by daily internal lead generation systems and prop tech ecosystem, provide independent mortgage advisory services to maximize property sales and transaction completions.
Key Responsibilities

- Guide buyers from initial inquiry and bank pre approval through to property valuation and final loan disbursement.
