Senior Mobilisation Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Shape supplier relationships, define operating models and lead readiness planning through first-of-a-kind delivery and global scaling.
• Develop mobilisation project plans for the next 12 to 24 months, setting scope, milestones, objectives and forward pathways.
• Champion best-practice methodologies, continuous improvement and innovation.
• Ensure supplier readiness across budgets, resourcing, governance and cultural alignment.
• Shape incentives, risk share, gain-share or pain-share and supplier performance frameworks.
• Drive engagement across programme, operations, commercial and supply chain teams to deliver integrated mobilisation outcomes.

Experience and capabilities

• Experience leading large, complex projects or programmes in energy, infrastructure, engineering or similarly regulated industries.
• Experience developing mobilisation, readiness or scaling plans across complex, multi-site organisations.
• Leadership experience in matrixed environments, including coaching teams and fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures.
