The individual shall set the technical direction for the development team — architecture, coding standards, pipeline design, and test strategy — and shall balance custom high-code engineering against enterprise low-code capability to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions at the speed of mission.
Sets a standard of engineering quality the rest of the team wants to meet.
Chooses the simplest delivery path that satisfies the requirement — custom code when it earns its place, low-code when it does not.
Writes accessible, tested, documented software because it is right, not because a checklist demands it.
Explains technical trade-offs to non-technical Government stakeholders without condescension.
Comfortable working across unclassified and classified networks and adapting to the security constraints each environment imposes.
Veteran-led mission and technology support consultancy for government and defense agencies.
