• Functional & Business Consulting
- Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders (Sales,
Marketing, Customer Service, Operations)
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional solution
- designs using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Business Requirement
- Documents (BRDs), and solution specifications
- Act as the primary functional point of contact between business users, technical
- teams, and vendors
Solution Design & Implementation
- Configure and customize Dynamics CRM modules including:
- o Sales
- o Customer Service
- o Marketing
- o Case Management
- Define business rules, workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and security roles
- Support data migration, integration requirements, and UAT cycles
- Ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices and client business
- objectives
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Support or lead CRM project delivery from discovery through go-live
- Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and QA teams
- Provide regular status updates and manage functional risks and dependencies
- Conduct solution walkthroughs and sign-off sessions with senior stakeholders
Training & Support
- Deliver end-user training sessions and create user guides/documentation
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement

- Act as a trusted advisor for CRM roadmap and enhancements
