Job Summary
HMG America is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer for banking-related work.
The role requires hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse, C#/.NET, plugins, and Web APIs.
Work Arrangement
- The stated work mode is hybrid.
- The description lists Bangalore and Chennai as locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM CE Online solutions.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules.
- Develop CRM components, plugins, business process flows, workflows, Canvas Apps, and C#/.NET solutions.
- Configure Dataverse data models and security roles.
- Build integrations with Web API, REST APIs, and Azure Functions.
- Use Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD, builds, and deployments.
- Resolve production and support issues within defined SLAs.
- Improve costs and processes while contributing to an Agile development team.
Mandatory Skills
- Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365 plugins, Microsoft Dataverse, C#/.NET, SQL, CRM workflows, Power Automate, CRM customization and configuration, and Power Apps Canvas Apps.
