Job requirements

• Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation projects.

• Good functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE applications and business processes.

• Understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.

• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate business requirements into effective functional solutions.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within project teams.

• Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and gaining Microsoft certifications.

• Client-focused, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.

Job responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, deployment, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

• Facilitate and document client discovery sessions and requirements-gathering workshops.

• Analyse business processes and perform gap-fit assessments.

• Configure Dynamics 365 CE applications in line with agreed solution designs.

• Create and maintain user stories, functional specifications, and project documentation.

• Support data migration, testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live activities.

• Work closely with developers and technical consultants to deliver client requirements.

• Support solution demonstrations and presales activities where required.

• Assist with issue resolution and provide functional expertise throughout project delivery.

• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

• Follow NoBlue2 delivery methodologies and Microsoft best practices.

• Represent NoBlue2 professionally in all client engagements.
