- Manage all pre contract and post contract MEP quantity surveying activities
- Prepare detailed quantity take offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for MEP works
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations, negotiate rates, and prepare comparison statements
- Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and certify subcontractor and supplier payment applications
- Prepare monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final account settlements
- Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and planning teams to ensure cost control
- Assess contractual entitlements and support claim preparation and evaluation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and company procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in high rise residential building projects
- Experience in pre contract and post contract MEP quantity surveying
- Ability to prepare detailed quantity take offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for MEP works
- Experience evaluating subcontractor quotations and negotiating rates
- Knowledge of project cost monitoring, variations, claims, and change orders
