The employer is seeking a Senior MEP Project Manager for an ultra-luxury villa development in the UAE.
The role is intended for an accomplished MEP professional with elite residential project delivery and strong commercial, operational, and stakeholder management expertise.
Mandatory selection criteria
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline is required.
- At least 15 years of MEP project management experience with reputable main contractors, developers, or Tier-1 MEP contractors is required.
- Proven delivery of ultra-luxury villa projects and high-end residential developments from inception to handover is required.
- Experience across design review, coordination, value engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and final handover is required.
- Commercial management and P&L responsibility must include budget control, cost management, variation claims, contract administration, commercial risk, and financial performance monitoring.
- Experience managing procurement, supply chain, vendor selection, and subcontractor performance is required.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with clients, developers, consultants, authorities, contractors, and executive teams is required.
- The role requires leadership of multidisciplinary engineering, construction, commercial, and procurement teams.
- Knowledge of international MEP standards, UAE regulations, and luxury residential construction requirements is required.
Preferred qualifications
- UAE or GCC experience on prestigious luxury developments is highly preferred.
- Experience with renowned developers and bespoke high-end residential projects is highly preferred.
- Delivery of multiple ultra-luxury villa compounds, private estates, palaces, or exclusive residential communities is highly preferred.
Key competencies
- Executive project leadership, commercial and financial acumen, strategic procurement management, and client and stakeholder engagement are central to the role.
- The role requires contractual and risk management, team development and mentorship, productivity optimization, negotiation, and decision-making.
- Only candidates with proven ultra-luxury villa project experience will be considered.
