Senior MEP Manager

1. Design Management & Technical ReviewLead multidisciplinary MEP design reviews across all project stages (Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design, IFC).Perform in-depth technical evaluation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ICT/ELV, and medical gas systems.Review MEP layouts for constructability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.Validate compliance with healthcare engineering codes:HVAC: FGI, ASHRAE, HTM 03, pressure regimes, air-change rates, isolation rooms.Medical Gas: HTM 02-01, NFPA 99.Fire & Life Safety: NFPA 10/13/14/70/72/101.Plumbing & Drainage: IPC, Legionella prevention guidelines.Electrical Systems: Redundancy, UPS, generators, emergency circuits.Coordinate MEP requirements with architectural zoning, patient flow, infection control pathways, and clinical workflows.

Healthcare Systems IntegrationEnsure precise integration of:Critical room HVAC systemsMedical gas pipelinesNurse call systemsBMS & SCADA systemsFire alarm & suppression systemsELV/ICT, access control, CCTV, Wi-FiEmergency and essential powerOR & ICU HVAC pressure controlIsolation room design (AIIR, PE rooms)Oversee compliance with infection control engineering (ICRA), safety, and facility planning standards.
