Role overview

Upcoming projects

• Onboard sports such as ice hockey into data-entry tooling across low-level to very high-level coverage.
• Onboard leagues and other important entities into Sports Entity Management.
• Build a more robust frontend queuing mechanism using IndexedDB and AWS SQS.
• Create load tests to support application stability and smooth performance.

Technical environment

• The team works with Angular, Java, MS SQL, React, Node.js, and AWS Lambda in an Agile and Scrum environment.
• The role involves ES6, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, Playwright regression testing, and potentially APIs, JSON or JSONP, and XML.

Required qualifications

• Java is mandatory, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of Angular experience and at least 7 years of programming experience are required.
• Candidates should have experience with ES6, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, unit-tested code, Playwright regression code, and Agile development.
• Good spoken and written English and a B.E., B.Tech, BCA, or MCA in a relevant subject are required.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with MS SQL, Playwright, APIs, JSON or JSONP, and XML is advantageous.
• Public cloud solution development and deployment experience with AWS or Azure is advantageous.
• An affinity with sports, Scrum experience, and an interest in architecture discussions are advantageous.
