PAXAS Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Senior Medical Sales Representative to promote products in fertility, sexual health, and weight management to healthcare professionals in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote PAXAS products
- Schedule and conduct virtual and in person meetings, delivering product presentations and providing scientific and clinical information
- Manage a sales territory, tracking performance against targets and preparing regular reports
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to execute aligned commercial strategies
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Medical Sales, including territory management, account development, and achieving or exceeding sales targets in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Background or solid understanding in Medicine and/or Pharmacy
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Experience working remotely and independently, with strong organizational, time management, and reporting skills, and proficiency in CRM and digital communication tools

Role Description
- This is a full time, remote role for a Senior Medical Sales Representative.
- The person will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote PAXAS products.
- Daily responsibilities include scheduling and conducting virtual and in person meetings, delivering product presentations, providing scientific and clinical information, and responding to inquiries.
- The role involves managing a sales territory, tracking performance against targets, preparing regular reports, and collaborating with marketing and medical teams.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Medical Sales, including territory management, account development, and achieving or exceeding sales targets in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly.
- Background or solid understanding in Medicine and/or Pharmacy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
- Experience working remotely and independently, with strong organizational, time management, and reporting skills, and proficiency in CRM and digital communication tools.
