We are looking for a **Senior Media Production Manager** who can take ownership of our end-to-end media production operations.

Oversee all stages of media production, including planning, scheduling, filming, editing, broadcasting, and content delivery across digital and traditional platforms.

Lead, mentor, and develop producers, editors, videographers, and technical staff while fostering a high-performance and collaborative work culture.

Ensure all media content meets company quality standards, brand guidelines, production requirements, and audience engagement objectives.

Manage production budgets, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and operational timelines while maintaining efficiency and cost control.

Track production KPIs, audience engagement metrics, operational performance, and workflow efficiency while recommending continuous improvements.

7+ years of experience in media production, broadcasting, multimedia operations, or digital content management, with at least 2-3 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong understanding of media production workflows, broadcasting operations, content strategy, digital publishing, and multimedia project management.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional creative and technical teams in fast-paced media environments.

Experience working with production management systems, editing software, broadcasting platforms, digital asset management tools, and operational reporting systems.

English proficiency is required for operational coordination and production reporting.

Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage.
