Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and KPIs
- Develop integrated media plans aligned with business goals and client budgets
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels
- Conduct market research to identify the most effective media channels for campaign goals
- Negotiate with vendors and media partners to secure favorable placement and pricing
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI
- Prepare and deliver clear performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in media buying, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Strong knowledge of the UAE and regional media landscape including local pricing
- Previous experience in the medical or cosmetics industry is preferred
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Strong analytical and performance optimization capabilities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is a plus
