About the Role
Flowery, a growing flower and gifting brand in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a hands-on Senior Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms.

Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms
- Manage daily campaign performance based on ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and order volume
- Optimize Google Search, Shopping, Performance Max, retargeting, and paid social campaigns
- Test different creatives, audiences, keywords, products, and offers
- Work closely with the creative/content team to suggest ad ideas, hooks, and campaign angles
- Identify wasted spend and recommend clear budget adjustments
- Track campaign results and prepare weekly performance reports with actionable insights
- Monitor competitors, customer behavior, and market trends in flowers, gifts, and e commerce
- Support campaign planning around key Saudi gifting occasions
- Support basic tracking through Google Analytics, pixels, events, UTMs, and conversion tracking
- Help improve landing page and product performance by sharing data driven recommendations
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands on experience in media buying or performance marketing
- Strong experience managing e commerce campaigns
- Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Good understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and daily budget optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data driven decisions
- Basic understanding of tracking, pixels, conversion events, UTMs, and Google Analytics
- Experience with Shopify or similar e commerce platforms is preferred
- Good understanding of the Saudi market and online shopping behavior
- Arabic and English proficiency is preferred

- We are looking for a hands on Senior Media Buyer – E commerce to manage, optimize, and improve our paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e commerce performance marketing, especially in the Saudi market, with the ability to analyze campaign results, improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and scale campaigns efficiently.
Responsibilities

- Experience improving landing pages and conversion rates.
- Basic experience with mobile app campaigns is a plus, but not required.

- The right candidate should be able to help us answer: Which campaigns are profitable? Which campaigns are wasting budget? Which products should we advertise more? Which keywords or audiences are driving orders? Why did ROAS drop? How can we reduce CAC? What creatives or offers should we test next?
- This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys testing, optimizing, and improving e commerce growth.
