Senior Media Buyer

  • Are you a data driven performance marketer who thrives on scaling campaigns, optimizing budgets, and generating measurable business growth?
  • We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop full funnel advertising strategies focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining target KPIs including ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Build audience targeting strategies including remarketing, lookalike audiences, ABM audiences, and first party data activation.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy, landing pages, and campaign structures.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, developers, and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
  • Implement and maintain accurate tracking using Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and conversion APIs where applicable.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, automation features, AI powered bidding strategies, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven success managing monthly advertising budgets of $20,000+.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation funnels, conversion optimization, attribution, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM integrations, and conversion tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience running campaigns for SaaS, technology, cloud services, or B2B companies is highly preferred.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience and understanding of Cloud Ops Advertising
  • Familiarity with GHL, CLOSE, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic HTML/CSS or tracking implementation knowledge.
  • AWS or cloud technology marketing experience is a plus.
