Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency mechanical maintenance activities.
- Inspect and monitor production equipment performance and identify abnormal conditions.
- Carry out mechanical repairs, replacement, alignment, cutting, grinding, and welding activities as required.
- Support lubrication activities and equipment reliability initiatives.
- Maintain maintenance tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety procedures, work permits, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe work practices within maintenance areas.
Requirements
- Industrial High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Diploma in Mechanical Technology is preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within manufacturing, cement, mining, or industrial plants.
- Experience in lubrication, equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair activities.
- Knowledge of maintenance safety procedures and work permits.

Job Purpose

Requirements
- Industrial High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Diploma in Mechanical Technology is preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within manufacturing, cement, mining, or industrial plants.
- Experience in lubrication, equipment inspection, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair activities.
