Mechanical Maintenance Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, align, and maintain industrial machinery, conveyor systems, pumps, compressors, and hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on mechanical equipment across plant floors and residential mechanical rooms.
- Diagnose mechanical failures, dismantle equipment, replace worn components, and reassemble equipment to precision tolerances.
- Fabricate or modify basic parts on site using standard workshop tools, including lathes, grinders, and welding equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to install, inspect, align, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems.
- Experience maintaining conveyor systems, pumps, compressors, and hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
- Ability to perform preventive and predictive maintenance across plant floors and residential mechanical rooms.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical failures, replace worn components, and reassemble equipment to precision tolerances.
