Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical quality assurance and quality control activities across MEP and high tech facility projects
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Review and approve mechanical drawings and submittals
- Conduct inspections and tests on mechanical systems and equipment
- Verify proper installation and commissioning of mechanical systems
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors
- Prepare QA/QC documentation and reports
- Manage non conformance issues and support continuous improvement of quality procedures
- Participate in client meetings and support handover processes
- Contribute to safe and efficient site operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Experience as a QA/QC Engineer or Mechanical Engineer in construction, MEP, or industrial projects, ideally in data centers, cleanrooms, or complex facilities
- Strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge with experience in MEP systems and building services
- Maintenance and Inspection skills for mechanical systems, equipment, and related infrastructure
- Computer Aided Design (CAD) skills for reviewing, interpreting, and coordinating mechanical drawings and models
- Knowledge of international and local mechanical codes, standards, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO based processes)
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental practices on construction and industrial sites
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced project environment

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge with experience in MEP systems and building services.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance and Inspection skills for mechanical systems, equipment, and related infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess Computer Aided Design (CAD) skills for reviewing, interpreting, and coordinating mechanical drawings and models.
- Candidates should possess relevant Automotive or rotating equipment experience where applicable to project requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience as a QA/QC Engineer or Mechanical Engineer in construction, MEP, or industrial projects, ideally in data centers, cleanrooms, or complex facilities.
- Knowledge of international and local mechanical codes, standards, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO based processes).
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
