Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
At least 8-12 years of experience in mechanical design engineering and industrial plant layout development, within the food or process industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, plant engineering, and layout integration.
Experience with Autodesk tools, including Inventor and AutoCAD; knowledge of additional engineering and project tools is an advantage.
Understanding of food safety requirements, hygienic design principles, and risk assessment methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in an international and multicultural environment while maintaining a strong team-oriented approach.
Strong English communication skills for daily collaboration in an international environment.
French is considered a strong advantage.
