Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical engineering design and coordination for F&B, mixed use, and high rise tower projects
- Perform HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting system design
- Conduct mechanical load calculations and equipment selection
- Review design, technical coordination, and shop drawings
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
- Manage projects and lead team
- Perform value engineering and cost optimization
- Write technical reports and present to clients
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and coordination
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) projects, Mixed Use Developments, and High Rise Towers
- Strong background in HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Mechanical Building Services
- Experience working with engineering consultancy firms is highly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of international design standards and local regulations

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Professional certifications are an advantage

Overview
- Afniah Engineering Consultants is seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and coordination.
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage (F&B) projects, Mixed Use Developments, and High Rise Towers.
- Strong background in HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, and Mechanical Building Services.
- Experience working with engineering consultancy firms is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of international design standards and local regulations.
- Strong coordination and multidisciplinary project management skills.
