About Mott MacDonald

The Global Delivery Services Centre supports international projects across buildings, water, transport, energy, and related sectors.
Role
Mott MacDonald is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to manage building-services projects for global markets.
The role supports projects across commercial, residential, retail, office, education, healthcare, airport, data-center, hotel, sports, events, and metro developments.
Key Deliverables
- Plan and design building-services elements within the mechanical discipline.
- Develop concept designs by evaluating options with architectural and structural teams and initial load estimates.
- Complete design calculations and quantity estimates.
- Deliver design work according to company quality standards and procedures.
- Check design outputs and coordinate work across disciplines.
- Guide design teams to complete deliverables within time limits.
- Manage design engineers and CAD technicians and monitor design costs.
- Share knowledge and coach and develop junior staff.
