The role requires strong expertise in HVAC, plumbing, retrofit works, construction, and facility management.
The engineer will manage mechanical projects from planning and design coordination through execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, MEP construction, retrofit, or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience in retrofit and renovation projects, preferably in live or operational facilities.
- Strong project management, team leadership, and client coordination skills.
- UAE or GCC experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical projects from planning and design coordination through execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, MEP construction, retrofit, and facility management activities.
- Lead project execution and coordinate with clients and project stakeholders.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of completed mechanical works.
