The Senior Mechanical Engineer performs specialized engineering assignments with moderate complexity, working independently on design elements and providing technical guidance to junior team members. This role requires a professional with developmental experience who can manage projects with minimal supervision while maintaining established quality and timeline standards.

+ Identify and resolve discrepancies in engineering results and data

+ Propose solutions to new technical challenges by adapting standard procedures and leveraging previous project experience

+ Manage assigned work within agreed-upon budgets and schedules with minimal supervision

+ Advanced technical problem-solving and analytical capabilities

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments concurrently

+ Commitment to quality assurance and adherence to established procedures

+ Adaptability in applying standard procedures to novel technical challenges
