Qualifications and Experience
- B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
- One to three years of experience is required; freshers are not preferred.
- Strong field or site experience in mechanical construction and fabrication works is required.
Role Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering, fabrication, general arrangement, isometric, and detailed drawings.
- Supervise fabrication, erection, installation, and maintenance activities at project sites.
- Monitor compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project standards, quality requirements, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate structural steel, tank, piping, and mechanical equipment fabrication and erection.
- Check dimensions, elevations, orientation, alignment, and installation against approved drawings.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, welding, civil, electrical, instrumentation, planning, and client or consultant teams.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate solutions with engineering teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress to meet project schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
Compensation
- Pay is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
