As a Senior MDM Engineer , you will help deliver trusted, high-quality master data that enables informed business decisions across the enterprise. You will leverage your expertise in TIBCO EBX Master Data Management (MDM), data integration, and data governance to design, develop, and enhance master data solutions that improve data quality, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to establish a trusted source of truth across customer, supplier, finance, and material domains while contributing to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and enhance Master Data Management solutions using TIBCO EBX.
- Configure and support data models, workflows, validations, and Java-based customizations within the MDM platform.
- Build and maintain integrations between business applications and the MDM ecosystem using REST APIs, AWS Glue, and Python.
- Support master data onboarding, consolidation, de-duplication, and governance initiatives to improve data quality and stewardship.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies, including one-time and incremental data loads from source systems.
- Enable trusted master data distribution to downstream consumer systems through scalable integration solutions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into sustainable technical solutions.
