Sword Middle East is seeking a Senior Maximo Techno-Functional Consultant to deliver end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support for IBM Maximo EAM solutions.

Responsibilities
- Deliver end to end implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support for IBM Maximo EAM solutions
- Configure, customize, and extend Maximo applications including application configuration, workflow design, automation scripting, and integration frameworks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Design, develop, and implement integrations with external systems for reliable data exchange
- Provide post implementation support by troubleshooting application, integration, and performance issues
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation
- Deliver end user training and support change management initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience with IBM Maximo EAM core modules (Assets, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, Purchasing, Contracts)
- Proven experience in business requirements gathering, functional design, and gap analysis
- Workflow configuration and business process optimization
- User security, roles, profiles, and authorization configuration
- Support for change management, end user training, and UAT
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in IBM Maximo configuration and customization
- Automation scripting using Python and/or JavaScript
- Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and REST/SOAP web services
- Strong database knowledge with Oracle and proficiency in SQL querying
- Reporting development using BIRT
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language (Mandatory)

Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline
- Strong understanding of IBM Maximo EAM core modules, including Assets, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory, Purchasing, and Contracts, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proven experience in business requirements gathering, functional design, and gap analysis
- Workflow configuration and business process optimization
- User security, roles, profiles, and authorization configuration
- Support for change management activities, end user training, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- IBM Maximo configuration and customization with a minimum of 5 years of hands on experience
- Automation scripting using Python and/or JavaScript
- Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and REST/SOAP web services
- Strong database knowledge with Oracle and proficiency in SQL querying
- Reporting development using BIRT
