Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns that drive business growth
- Manage events including venue selection, logistics coordination, attendee communications, and pre and post event support
- Qualify potential partners or customers through outbound phone calls and follow up on enquiries
- Collaborate with sales and inside sales to drive Exclusive Led Business
- Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information from various sources
- Track and manage marketing budgets, ensuring timely payments to suppliers
- Evaluate performance of marketing initiatives by tracking and reporting on leads generated, conversion rates, ROI, social media engagement, website traffic, telemarketing and event attendance
- Support the creation of marketing materials using design tools
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Support in the creation of marketing content including press releases, blog posts, newsletters and social content
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- 4 5 years of experience in marketing (technology domain preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong telemarketing skills
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask
- Graphic designing skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience of using social media platforms
- Proven experience in B2B marketing (preferred)
- Experience using SAP, HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Eloqua
- Enthusiasm for technology and cybersecurity (preferred)

- We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Middle East team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Event Management: Venue Selection, coordination with the logistics team, managing attendee communications, and providing pre and post event support.
