About the Role
Forescout Technologies seeks a Senior Marketing Manager for the META region to develop and execute marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue. Partner with sales leadership and channel partners to execute demand generation campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Work with Sales Leadership and Marketing Director to determine regional investment strategy and strategic tactics
- Be a key strategic advisor to Sales Leadership providing data driven recommendations on strategic activities for pipeline generation and brand awareness
- Define, communicate, and execute overall marketing plan and campaigns for lead generation and revenue bearing opportunities
- Track ROI metrics to assess programs and initiatives that create awareness and generate sales opportunities
- Manage regional marketing budget by aligning investments to sales targets and goals
- Manage, measure, and communicate effectiveness of opportunity pipeline sourced from Marketing, partners and sales initiatives
- Work with global teams to manage end to end marketing procurement process and operational work
- Lead, manage and participate in hosting and attending regional events
- Be a facilitator for in region communications and activities to support achieving desired results
Requirements
- 6+ years of marketing experience in network or security technology
- 6+ years of field and channel marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience; MBA a plus
- Proven track record in building opportunity pipeline driven from marketing activities
- Experience in building out regional marketing plan from the ground up
- In depth knowledge of enterprise networking and security trends
- Strong analytical skills and experience with SFDC/Marketo
- Leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 40%

What You Will Bring
- 6+ years marketing experience in network or security technology.
- 6+ years field and channel marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience; MBA a plus.
- Seasoned field and channel Marketing expert with proven track record in building opportunity pipeline driven from marketing activities.
- Experience in building out regional marketing plan from the ground up.
- In depth knowledge on enterprise networking and security trends and topics.
- Achieves goals successfully; focuses on winning in the marketplace.
- Experience executing lead and demand generation programs.
- Possesses strong analytical skills. SFDC/Marketo experience is a big plus.
- Leadership and collaboration skills to drive deliverables.
- Self starter with an ability to drive to results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
