About the Role
Study Group is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the positioning and promotion of products for international students in the Middle East, Levant, Turkey, and Africa. The role involves developing regional strategy, partnering with sales, and driving student recruitment.

Responsibilities
- Lead on developing the regional strategy to promote a portfolio of products to drive student recruitment and revenue.
- Working in partnership with other marketing teams to develop a deep understanding of the value proposition, pricing and messaging strategy.
- Leveraging local market and customer insight, ensure the selected strategy utilises the most effective channels and campaigns.
- Partnership and collaboration with Sales to ensure alignment on key field marketing initiatives to drive student recruitment.
- Develop quality relationships and feedback loops with all stakeholders in the business.
- Monitor, measure and report on performance for marketing, ensuring budgets are optimised to maximise impact and effect.
- Develop a culture which is underpinned by individual accountability, customer focus, collaboration and inclusion.
- Engage team in collaborative problem solving to develop plans or resolve issues.
- Ensure all necessary management skills, frameworks, processes, and tools are in place and properly used.
- Reward and recognise employees who contribute to the achievement of Study Group’s business goals.
Requirements
- Degree level qualification highly desirable in Marketing and/or business or followed by a post graduate marketing qualification.
- Experienced international marketing professional, with demonstrable success working with teams across an organization.
- A strong commercially savvy professional with a successful track record in leading marketing and communication of high value products or services with a long sales cycle into a global marketplace.
- Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within the education sector.
- An understanding of the international business environment and the challenges of working across multiple territories.
- Experience of working in a multi channel and matrix organisation.
- Excellent oral communication, personal credibility and gravitas to operate amongst senior stakeholders.
- Relationship builder and the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.
- Results orientated with the ability to successfully deliver on sales, financial and customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Tactical agility and innovation, including strong business and commercial acumen.
- Decision making, problem solving with strong negotiation skills.
- Project management skills.

About the Role
- Lead on the positioning and promotion of Study Group products that meet the needs of international students.
- Develop a profound understanding of the agents their needs and wants to further build highly engaging and regional touchpoints.
