About the Role

  • Lead on positioning and promotion of Study Group products to meet needs of international students.
  • Differentiate SG from competitors, grow brand awareness, and drive student recruitment.
  • Develop understanding of agents to build engaging regional touchpoints and monitor agent satisfaction.
  • Achieve revenue and profit goals by leading marketing and communication of product portfolio to agents and direct customers in Middle East, Levant, Turkey, and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on developing regional strategy to promote portfolio of products to drive student recruitment and revenue.
  • Work with other marketing teams to develop value proposition, pricing, and messaging strategy.
  • Leverage local market and customer insight to select effective channels and campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure alignment on field marketing initiatives.
  • Develop quality relationships and feedback loops with stakeholders.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance, optimizing budgets.
  • Develop culture of accountability, customer focus, collaboration, and inclusion.
  • Engage team in collaborative problem solving.
  • Ensure management skills, frameworks, processes, and tools are in place.
  • Reward and recognize employees who contribute to business goals.

About You

  • Degree level qualification highly desirable in Marketing and/or business or post graduate marketing qualification.
  • Experienced international marketing professional with demonstrable success working with teams across an organization.
  • Strong commercially savvy professional with successful track record in leading marketing of high value products/services with long sales cycle.
  • Knowledge and understanding of international student marketplace and education sector challenges.
  • Understanding of international business environment and challenges of working across multiple territories.
  • Experience in multi channel and matrix organisation.
  • Excellent oral communication, personal credibility, and gravitas.
  • Relationship builder and ability to influence across all levels.
  • Results orientated with ability to deliver on sales, financial, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
  • Tactical agility, innovation, strong business acumen.
  • Decision making, problem solving, negotiation skills.
  • Project management skills.
