Study Group seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing strategy for international student recruitment in the Middle East, Levant, Turkey, and Africa. The role involves developing go-to-market plans, managing agent relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead on developing the regional strategy to promote a portfolio of products to drive student recruitment and revenue
- Work in partnership with other marketing teams to develop deep understanding of value proposition, pricing, and messaging strategy
- Leverage local market and customer insight to ensure strategy utilizes most effective channels and campaigns
- Partner and collaborate with Sales to ensure alignment on key field marketing initiatives
- Develop quality relationships and feedback loops with all stakeholders
- Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance, ensuring budgets are optimized
- Develop a culture underpinned by individual accountability, customer focus, collaboration, and inclusion
- Engage team in collaborative problem solving to develop plans or resolve issues
- Ensure all necessary management skills, frameworks, processes, and tools are in place
Requirements
- Degree level qualification highly desirable in Marketing and/or business or followed by a post graduate marketing qualification
- Experienced international marketing professional with demonstrable success working with teams across an organization
- Strong commercially savvy professional with successful track record in leading marketing and communication of high value products or services with long sales cycle into global marketplace
- Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and challenges within the education sector
- Experience of working in a multi channel and matrix organisation
- Excellent oral communication, personal credibility and gravitas to operate amongst senior stakeholders
- Experience in SFDC environment including Marketing Cloud and content management systems

About the Role
- Lead on positioning and promotion of Study Group products to meet needs of international students.
- Differentiate SG from competitors, grow brand awareness, and drive student recruitment.
- Develop understanding of agents to build engaging regional touchpoints and monitor agent satisfaction.
- Achieve revenue and profit goals by leading marketing and communication of product portfolio to agents and direct customers in Middle East, Levant, Turkey, and Africa.
