Role overview
Jolt App is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to build and run its end-to-end marketing and growth function.
The role owns strategy, execution, data, creative, partnerships, product collaboration, international scaling, budget, and team development.
This is an ownership-focused leadership role rather than a coordinator or single-channel manager position.
Location and employment
- Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi.
- The role is full-time.
- The position is on-site at the NSP, Pitampura office.
Growth strategy and performance
- Own the marketing strategy and roadmap from annual planning through weekly execution.
- Build reporting and data infrastructure for funnel, channel, and cohort performance.
- Direct performance marketing across Meta Ads and other paid channels, owning CAC, ROAS, and payback targets.
- Own the full marketing budget and P&L view of growth spend.
