Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign performance across key digital marketing metrics, uncover trends, identify optimization opportunities, and investigate anomalies
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau, Looker, and other visualization tools
- Validate reporting across internal and third party platforms to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, and Marketing teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support
- Translate complex data into clear, practical recommendations to improve campaign performance and inform business decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and scalable reporting practices
Requirements
- Experience working with large and complex datasets, identifying patterns, uncovering insights, and translating findings into practical recommendations
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau and Looker (or Looker Studio)
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Comfortable working across multiple reporting platforms and marketing technologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to validate information and investigate discrepancies
- Ability to explain complex data in a clear and actionable way for both technical and non technical audiences
- Experience partnering with cross functional teams

Who we need
- Reporting to the Manager, AdOps and Analytics, we are hiring a Senior Marketing Insights and Reporting Analyst.
- This is a full time, hybrid role based in downtown Toronto, with three days per week onsite.
How you will make an impact
- Turn data into actionable insights by analyzing campaign performance across key digital marketing metrics.
- Build reporting that drives decisions by developing and maintaining dashboards using Tableau, Looker, and other visualization tools.
- Champion data quality and performance measurement by validating reporting across internal and third party platforms.
- Partner across the business with Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, and Marketing teams.
What you bring
- The analytical mindset: experience with large and complex datasets, identifying patterns, and translating findings into recommendations.
- The reporting expertise: experience building and maintaining dashboards using Tableau and Looker (or Looker Studio).

Compensation
- Salary range: CAD 70,000 CAD 85,000 base plus bonus.
- Compensation determined based on skills, experience, and role complexity.
