Role Overview

  • Senior Business Development Executive for ICT/ELV/Enterprise Solutions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Focus on developing enterprise clients, large accounts, project opportunities, and strategic business channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new enterprise clients in Saudi Arabia, especially in Riyadh and surrounding regions.
  • Visit and follow up with target clients such as schools, hospitals, industrial parks, EPC contractors, facility management companies, telecom related clients, government related organizations, and large local companies.
  • Identify client needs, project opportunities, budgets, decision makers, and procurement timelines.
  • Arrange client meetings, product presentations, site visits, technical discussions, and proposal follow ups.
  • Work closely with internal technical, supply chain, marketing, and management teams to support project progress.
  • Maintain a clear customer pipeline and submit weekly business development reports.
  • Support quotation follow up, contract negotiation, and payment collection coordination.
  • Build long term relationships with clients, partners, consultants, contractors, and channel resources.

Requirements

  • Currently based in Saudi Arabia, preferably Riyadh.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of B2B sales or business development experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience in ICT/Telecom, ELV/Low Current Systems, IT Solutions/System Integration, Facility Management, Smart Building/Security/CCTV/Access Control, or Enterprise project sales preferred.
  • Strong ability to develop new clients and open business opportunities.
  • Able to visit clients regularly and work in a result oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Transferable iqama preferred.
  • Driving license and own car preferred.

Compensation

  • Basic Salary: SAR 10,000 – 12,000 depending on experience and capability.
  • Performance commission based on business results.
  • Growth opportunity based on actual contribution and performance.
  • 3 month probation period with clear performance targets.
