Overview

  • We are looking for an experienced, results driven Female Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our team immediately in Dubai, UAE.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and hands on experience in performance marketing, marketing analytics, and social media.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Marketing Analytics experience is mandatory.
  • Proven experience developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Display Advertising, Search Marketing, PPC, SEM, SEO, Remarketing, and Performance Marketing.
  • Hands on experience managing both paid and organic social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other major platforms.
  • Experience creating and managing content calendars, social media strategies, audience engagement, and community management.
  • Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), lead generation, customer acquisition, and customer retention strategies.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing, audience segmentation, demographic targeting, customer journey analysis, attribution models, and conversion funnel optimization.
  • Proven experience in competitor analysis and competitor reporting.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and other marketing analytics platforms.
  • Strong experience in budget planning, forecasting, allocation, campaign optimization, and ROI management.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading and mentoring cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute the company's overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Plan, launch, monitor, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage the company's organic social media presence by developing engaging content strategies and increasing audience growth and engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using marketing analytics tools to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports, including campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, competitor benchmarking, KPI tracking, and executive summaries.
  • Conduct regular competitor research and reporting to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost effective allocation of resources.
  • Oversee SEO, website performance, email marketing, social media, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure all marketing initiatives align with company objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Mentor the marketing team while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
  • Maintain a centralized record of all marketing communications, campaign activities, and project documentation.
