About the Role

Responsibilities
- Drive plant level financial performance and cost control
- Analyse manufacturing costs (materials, labour, overhead)
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor key KPIs (OEE, yield, scrap, cycle time)
- Validate SAP costing, routings, and master data
- Partner with stakeholders to optimise performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in finance with manufacturing exposure
- Strong planning, budgeting, and cost control experience
- Proven analytical and data interpretation skills
- ERP experience (preferably SAP)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACA, MBA) (preferred)
- SAP costing/production module experience (preferred)
- Advanced Power BI skills (preferred)
- Manufacturing or plant finance experience (preferred)

About The Role

Basic Qualifications
