Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary Technology Services team
- Oversee lifecycle, integration, and optimization of enterprise applications (finance, HR, payroll, scheduling, CRM, client portals)
- Own end to end product lifecycle management for internally developed and customized software
- Advance cloud and infrastructure modernization (Microsoft 365, Azure, SaaS) with automation, standardization, and DevOps/CI/CD
- Implement and mature ITIL based service management practices (incident, problem, change, knowledge)
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and privacy legislation; oversee risk assessments and incident response
- Partner with business leaders to support operational efficiency and technology adoption
- Oversee vendor and partner relationships, ensuring contract performance and compliance
- Contribute to technology budget planning, forecasting, and ROI analysis
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years IT management experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Minimum 5 years as a Product Manager leading SDLC for customer facing products
- Experience with enterprise applications, cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure), SaaS, and ITIL based service management
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls) and privacy legislation (PIPEDA, Law 25)
- Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and DevOps/CI/CD practices
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- ITIL certification and cloud certification (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret Level Security Clearance
- English essential; French considered an asset
