Senior Manager, Technology Operations

Cross-Functional Partnership

• Partner with Programs, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People leaders to align technology investments with organizational priorities.
• Translate technical concepts into practical, user-friendly solutions and support adoption of new ways of working.

Experience and Education

• Six or more years of progressive IT experience, including at least three years in senior IT leadership or strategic advisory work.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may substitute.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementations and rollouts with project management, stakeholder engagement, training, and change management.
• Experience managing SaaS ecosystems, HubSpot, systems architecture, integrations, APIs, automation platforms, and data quality.

Technical and Leadership Profile

• Experience applying AI tools, automations, and emerging technologies to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, identity and access management, SaaS administration, troubleshooting, and support for non-technical users.
• Experience leading and developing technical staff and building service-oriented teams.
• Experience advising cross-functional teams and translating complex technology into practical solutions.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Canva, HubSpot, learning management systems, survey platforms, and cloud productivity tools.

Language Requirements

• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Professional proficiency in both English and French is considered a strong asset.

Work Arrangement

• Venture for Canada is a remote-first organization with offices in Toronto and Vancouver.
• This is a remote position open to candidates across Canada.
• Light in-person attendance at program-related events may be required.
