Responsibilities
- Lead day to day operational management of the facility ensuring safe, efficient and reliable operation
- Monitor operational performance and KPI reporting, implement best practices and continuous improvement
- Oversee performance, maintenance and optimisation of critical infrastructure and technical equipment
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, drive reliability initiatives
- Support management of electrical systems and site infrastructure, coordinate with engineering contractors
- Manage procurement activities for technical equipment and operational requirements, evaluate suppliers
- Oversee third party contractors and service providers, ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Promote health, safety and compliance culture, support risk assessments and audits
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in technical operations, infrastructure management or facility operations
- Proven experience managing mission critical or industrial environments

The Opportunity
- Seeking an experienced Technical & Operations Manager to take ownership of day to day operational and technical performance of a large scale infrastructure facility in Dubai
- Hands on leadership role requiring technical expertise, operational management, engineering knowledge, supplier management and commercial awareness
- Position suits individuals from data centres, telecommunications, critical infrastructure, power generation, industrial operations, manufacturing, mining, engineering or similar mission critical environments
Key Responsibilities
- Site Operations & Performance: Lead day to day operational management, ensure safe/efficient/reliable operation, monitor KPIs, implement best practices
- Technical Infrastructure Management: Oversee performance, maintenance and optimisation of critical infrastructure, support upgrades and capacity planning
- Maintenance & Reliability: Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, drive reliability initiatives, implement asset management processes
- Electrical & Engineering Oversight: Support management of electrical systems, coordinate with engineering contractors, assist with technical evaluations
- Procurement & Supply Chain Management: Manage procurement for technical equipment, evaluate suppliers, maintain inventory controls and spare parts management
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Oversee third party contractors, monitor performance, ensure compliance, build relationships with key suppliers
- Health, Safety & Compliance: Promote HSE culture, ensure adherence to procedures, support risk assessments and audits
- External Site & Supplier Engagement: Conduct periodic visits to supplier facilities and operational sites, evaluate practices
Experience Required
- 5+ years' experience in technical operations, infrastructure management or facility operations
- Proven experience managing mission critical or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of maintenance, reliability and operational performance management
