Role overview
Lead technical consulting teams and build Salesforce’s Insurance and Financial Services practice within the Global Delivery Centre.
Combine people leadership, career coaching, project oversight, practice development, and 25% billable senior technical architecture work.
Work with customers and partners to solve complex business challenges using Salesforce industry and platform technologies.
People and practice leadership
- Manage up to 35 Technical Consultants, Architects, and Managers.
- Hire, train, mentor, and develop consultants across Insurance, Financial Services, and Healthcare engagements.
- Lead internal initiatives, methodology development, enablement, onboarding, recruiting, and practice planning.
Architecture and delivery
- Serve as a trusted client advisor on emerging technologies and business value.
- Lead enterprise architecture, governance, architectural vision, and program roadmaps.
- Lead functional and technical workshops covering design, delivery, testing, and deployment.
- Manage customer expectations, risks, negotiations, and complex delivery issues.
Salesforce delivery
- Lead project teams delivering Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.
- Use AI developer assistants to accelerate Apex, LWC, and integration delivery while maintaining security and governor-limit compliance.
Minimum requirements
- At least 18 years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and individual contributors.
- At least 8 years of people management and technical architecture experience.
- Strong application, data, integration, and security architecture skills.
- Expertise in one or more relevant Salesforce clouds and at least one banking, insurance, wealth, asset management, or healthcare domain.
- Integration architecture, platform security, sharing and visibility, data architecture, architectural design patterns, and Apex design patterns.
- Salesforce development experience with Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and modern web technologies.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred requirements
- Salesforce certification such as Admin, Developer, Sales, Service Cloud, or Application Architect.
- OmniStudio Developer or Consultant experience.
- Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, conflict navigation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience optimizing business processes through technology and integration.
